The candidate must have a local church endorsement and two letters of reference. Next, apply to *CAMS/Licensed Minister." The first program, CAMS (Calling and Ministry Studies), is a six-month program. An Exhorter minister license test will be given at the end.

If the candidate goes into ministerial development, please submit the Ordained Minister and MIP Application to the State Office. Then, a 9-month MIP program is completed. At the end of MIP, the Ordained Minister test is given. After 5 years of active service, a Bishop's license can be pursued.
