Women’s Conference 2024
I am so excited about our 2024 Women’s Conference on March 8-9. Please pass the information along to the women and/or Women’s Leadership Team in your church.
When we secured Amanda Crabb as our speaker, I knew we needed a larger venue. After much searching, we have been able to secure the beautiful Fortenberry Theatre at Jackson Preparatory School. The Women’s Board has toured the facility, and we believe it will be a great venue for our conference. We can seat over 800 in the main theatre with the capability to project a live video feed to an adjacent theatre that seats 400. We look forward to a wonderful time of worship, fellowship, and fun together. Please register early as we will advertise locally. The first 600 registrants will receive a beautiful conference bag.
Amanda Crabb is a sought-after speaker whose heart yearns to see the hopeless become hopeful once again, the bound be set free and those who have lost their way find their divine destiny through Jesus Christ. She and her husband Aaron planted the Restoring Hope Church in Hendersonville, TN in 2014. She is no stranger to the COG; her bio is below.
The theatre has a large lobby where we will display the Baskets of Blessings donated by our churches. Proceeds go toward the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home. Last year, your beautiful baskets raised $5,273.10 with an additional $5000 from a donor. Mississippi sponsors the Magnolia Auditorium and the Media Room. This year, you can pre-purchase tickets sold in $10 increments (10 tickets) to help reduce the wait to purchase tickets at the conference. If your church plans to donate a Basket of Blessing please contact me by 2.29.24 with the theme of your basket. I would like to advertise them in the program. Thank you for your beautiful donations for the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home.
The Boutique is back again this year with many adorable items for purchase. The Boutique will be open during registration, and an hour before and after service times. Come early and shop!
The early-bird registration and t-shirt fees must be received in the state office by Monday, February 12th.
Online registration is recommended; however, a registration form is attached for ladies who prefer the option. If you are completing registration online or form for your group, please complete the address, cell phone and email address of each participant.
We will offer a pre-boxed Chick-fil-a meal for $10 after the Friday evening service for ladies who would like this option. Pre-pay during registration or pre-order by calling the office no later than February 29.
We have a courtesy block at several hotels so book your rooms before the cut-off-date. See the attached Hotel Listing for rates and cut-off-dates. Ask for the Church of God rate when calling. I have direct links to reserve your room online below.
